Vedanta in Practice

On the auspicious occasion of 125th Anniversary of the Foundation Day of the Ramakrishna Mission when multiple programmes were held all over the globe, a change of guard took place quietly in a remote centre of the Ramakrishna Math at Yelagiri Hills, Tamil Nadu. Swami Bhavarupananda the President of this Math Centre handed over the Charge to the incoming incumbent Swami Vimokshananda in a brief ceremony. There were guest monks Swami Atmaghanananda, the Head of Pondicherry centre and Swami Samahitananda, the Head of Nattaram Palli centre. Also devotees from nearby towns attended. The Swamis, Brahmacharins and devotees straight went to the beautiful Universal Temple of Sri Ramakrishna, situated on the first floor of the Sadhu Niwas buildings.
